Harleigh began her career in the veterinary field in 2020, inspired by her upbringing around livestock and a passion for caring for animals. Since then, she’s found her niche in assisting with surgery, canine litter exams, and all things reproduction-related.
What Harleigh loves most about working at Heritage Vet is the supportive, team-oriented environment. She appreciates how everyone is dedicated to teaching, sharing knowledge, and working together to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Harleigh has a lively crew of animals at home, including two American Brittanys named Kiya Anne and Wilson, an American Leopard Hound mix named Lorrie Layne, her one-eyed cat Billie Eyeless (yes, named after the singer!), and a Quarter Horse cross named Colter Jean.
In her free time, Harleigh enjoys competing in dog sports like FastCAT, Fetch, and Dock Diving, attending field trials and concerts, and spending time with her family.
