Heritage Veterinary Care goes Glass Blowing in Pittsburgh, PA!
Everyone who comes to the clinic knows how much of a close knit family we are, but team bonding is always in our list of events! The NFL Draft did not slow us down or scare us away, we're always up for some action! The HVC team took a party bus to Pittsburgh, which you can imagine was a ride full of tunes, laughs, and good dance moves! We arrived at the Pittsburgh Glass Center for our session, and got straight to business!
The glass is kept in ovens that stay upwards of 2,000 degrees, then is spun into broken colored glass to add color. Glass is then spun and manipulated to form its shape and size. The glass is then kept in a kiln overnight to cool and finish. After our session, the team went to eat in Robinson at Industry Public House. The team enjoyed good drinks, food, and even more laughs.
The clinic takes pride in spending time together, and having a family atmosphere. We are so thankful to be able to do events like this!
