Kenzie is a Veterinary Assistant at Heritage Veterinary Care in Hopedale, OH. She grew up on a farm with livestock, and her love for animals has been with her through her whole life. At home she has two inside cats, Bob and Peanut, and two outside dogs, Oreo and Trigger — a full house in the best possible way.
I earned my high school diploma from Conotton Valley in 2024. Alongside my high school studies, I attended Buckeye Career Center from 2022 to 2024, where I completed a Natural Resources certification.
Drawing up vaccines is something I genuinely enjoy — I also love looking at ultrasounds and running labs. There is something really satisfying about being hands-on with the diagnostic side of patient care. Growing up surrounded by animals on a farm made this career a natural fit. I have always loved being around animals, and veterinary medicine gives me the opportunity to care for them every day. Outside of work I enjoy bowling, square dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
