Crystal Carpenter

Crystal joined the Heritage Veterinary Care team in 2022 and has been one of our friendly, welcoming receptionists ever since. With many years of experience in client service and management, she’ll tell you nothing compares to her favorite kind of customers—the furry ones!

Crystal loves being part of the Heritage team and says, “What’s not to love? She appreciates how well everyone works together and the supportive, team-focused environment. Her warmth and positivity make her a welcoming face at the front desk.

At home, Crystal has two mixed-breed dogs, Claire and Conor, who keep life full of love and energy. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, spending time with family, lending a hand with her honey’s construction side jobs, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
