Madi joined the Heritage Veterinary Care team in 2019, starting as a veterinary assistant before stepping into her current role as a technician in 2021. She is a 2020 graduate of Kent State University, Tuscarawas. Over the years, she has developed a wide range of skills and plays a key role in areas like anesthesia, pain management, and post-operative care.
Madi is passionate about sharing her knowledge with both clients and team members, especially when it comes to anesthetics, pain control, and client reassurance. And of course, she’s always happy to add a little comedic relief to the day!
Her love for animals is what first drew her to the veterinary field, and that passion continues to fuel her work. At home, Madi has two beloved dogs: Tucker, a Pit Bull/Mastiff mix, and Chip, a Golden Retriever.
In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, hiking, and learning about marine life.
